ResolveQ

Resolve Q, is an information sharing platform for professionals. They are a new development from the mother company, The Online Compliance Panel and offer Blogs, Webinars and Workshops on various topics, including technology, business, and finance, as well as healthcare.

The Challenge

Resolve Q is trying to increase user engagement in their online webinars. However, the current experience makes users feel uncertain about their credibility and relevance, leading to a decrease in webinar enrollments.

  • Main iterations included adding a sample video of the host's previous webinars or a sample of the webinar to come. This would allow users to determine whether they would respond positively to the speaker's presentation.

  • Engagement increased by allowing users to join the conversation by allowing live Q&A during webinars.

  • Emphasis is placed on speakers testimonials and credentials, increasing application credibility.

Next Steps:

  1. Expand Webinar flow to include live Q&A sections

  2. Design email notifications with link and flow to webinar 24 hrs prior to live event.

  3. More Testing!!!
